Methodological Centre of Job Orientation

Job orientation. Tasks concerning information and job orientation are carried out by Methodological Centre of Job Orientation. The activities aim at increasing professional and interpersonal skills of public employment services professionals, and consequently improving standard of labour market services. The main activities include organizing students workshops on career planning and coordinating activities relating to lifelong learning and training of the unemployed and job seekers.

Within Methodological Centre of Job Orientation there is a separate unit of Information and Career Planning Centre that provides wide range of services and professional support aimed at handling with problems and difficulties individuals face in their professional lives. Its clients are individuals with different professional status, in particular:

  • unemployed people

  • job seekers

  • young graduates

  • final year students of high school

  • staff of companies that are undergoing restructuring process

  • disabled people

  • other people interested in job search and career planning

Information and Carter Planning Centre provides their services to the disabled people with regard of professionals impediments resulting from physical disability.

The main activities include:

  • Information services in terms of individual and group job orientation

  • Individual vocational counseling

  • Job orientation workshops

  • Psychological studies

  • Collecting, processing and disseminating of the regional and national job records, education, professional training and employment opportunities.

All the services delivered in the Information and Carter Planning Centre the are free of charge.
