Labour market programmes

Labour market programmes. On the basis of labour market analyses and reports VLO prepares different programmes aimed at reducing unemployment in the region and is actively involved in several initiatives, the EU programmes as well, supporting the unemployed and job seekers,. VLO develops numerous projects in the frames of European initiatives such as Leonardo da Vinci, INTERREG IIIA and EQUAL. The primary task of VLO, in cooperation with other regional social partners, is to prepare the Regional Action Plan for Employment, the document outlining policy of labour market and human resources development in the region of Śląskie Voivodeship. VLO initiates, develops and monitors labour market programmes which are financed by national budget, particularly from Labour Fund.
